Do you know . . .
- 12,400 children will be diagnosed
with cancer this year
- Cancer is the leading cause of death
by disease in children under 15
- 2,300 children will die from cancer this
year
Until we meet the day when every child can
live a life free of cancer, we need everyone’s help
to continue to promote awareness, improve prevention, diagnosis
and treatment.
You can help us eliminate this terrible disease
and help give children with cancer “another tomorrow.”
HOW??
-
Get together with your family and friends or school to discuss
ways to raise money like a car wash, bake sale, mow lawns,
baby-sit, toy garage sale, raffle, carnival, etc.
- Save part of your allowance each week
- Have a contest with your friends or between
different classes to see who can raise the most money in
two weeks
- Collect postage stamps at your birthday
party
- Be creative - think of what you would
like to do to raise money and have fun
